My God. Jews wouldn't be so grumpy if they ate their salmon like this. Strips of thin sliced sashimi, arranged and covered in sesame oil and Hawaiian spices... then toasted ala blowtorch. The result is a rich and buttery texture, with a salted finish. Simply amazing. Jay and I picked this up as an appetizer for $10 at Kuni's, the only place in Buffalo to eat good sushi. 226 Lexington Ave. #snap
